Get your butt in shape!!

So I am on day 4 of working out!! One of the ways I've been doing cardio is to strengthen my legs and firm up my booty lol yes I said it.... so here is an example of what I have done in the gym to tone my lower body....

Stair master walking the actual stairs: 15 mins
Ride tall bike for 15 mins

If that's to much start with just 5 mins and work up from there...

I'll be sharing many more tips as I grow in my fitness and health :)
