Kids Meal Idea 3

Gia eats so many times a day I make snack like afternoon/lunches some days; she also had a side of celery but she was chewing on it before I could snap the photo! This is what she ate after I picked her up from her sitters she is always starving when I pick her up so this is perfect to tie her over until dinner!
Oh and check out the cool "rain coat" food cover up... I make sure to put this on her when she eat fruit because she is always so messy with it! :) Bought from Ikea

Steak it's what's for dinner!

It's not good to eat steak every day but it's ok every now and then... When picking out a steak make sure you invest in a good piece! It's very important to select a high quality cut; this is prime rib. I got it for only $5 from Sprouts so trust me if you get a good cut from a health food store you will thank me for it!! I had a side of roasted red potatoes and a broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot mixture to add as a side!

Steam the veggies and add Undercover Veggies for flavor and boost in servings of veggies
Grill the steak after you marinate it for a few hours in what ever sauce you like we did Italian dressing
Boil the potatoes until they are soft then add a little bit of olive oil and splash of butter

Yum Yum Yum it was so good!

Weight loss habit: Brushing your teeth

I want to touch on this simple trick to help over eating... After each meal brush your teeth! I know you might be out and about but in most restaurants there is a bathroom with a sink!! If you can create this habit to brush your teeth or at least scope it up after each meal you will not eat as much through out the day... This will not only help you eat less but it will keep your teeth in great condition!

PS: ALWAYS DRINK MORE WATER!!!

Money Monday Biz Tip: Haters are motivators!

Haters are motivators

Eddie Borgo pave jewelry
$525 - cultstatus.com.au

Let your haters be your motivators... Now I am not referring to JUST the people who talk bad about you behind your back; I am speaking on the people closest to you! So you have started a business for the 10th time or the first time and you're excited and telling everyone about your great new venture...( I am speaking from experience on this situation) These people close to you will say things like; "Are you sure that's a good idea;" or "WHAT IF....it doesn't work/ you don't make money" and so on. Don't mind them they will try and convince you that they are just looking out for you.... The issue with listening to these people is they are not entrepreneurs and risk takers like you are! You wouldn't get advice from some one over weight if you're trying to lose weight would you?? NOPE

What people don't realize is they are taking a bigger risk by NOT doing what they love; trying new things; and stepping out into the "unknown" they are risking having to work a 9-5 long after they retire and they also risk hating what they do for a living their entire life.

Take risks what else are you going to do?? Listening to the 99% of people who are on auto pilot will keep you in the box you're pushing so hard to break free from!

ESCAPE THE RAT RACE!! BELIEVE IN YOUR SELF

Money Monday's Biz Tip

Are you still doing the same thing you were doing 5 years ago?!?!

If you're still doing the same thing as you were 5 years ago then you're going out of business. I say this with confidence as I have seen many "small business" flourish when they started and then once technology started to become more and more popular and important if the small business didn't adapt to the new tech world it would simply go out of business. Example people don't use phone books; news paper, snail mail like they used to; these days people are using email, internet and social media to communicate and advertise...

Time to try something new! There are so many ways to quickly adapt to the new age advertising and business models... Here are a few example

SOCIAL MEDIA...
Facebook adds: You can pay for simple adds that will target a specific group of people from age, gender and so on.

Youtube: A great way to do viral videos and create a face to face approach with out actually being face to face. I love youtube personally here is my channel check it out to get an idea...My Youtube Channel

As I said in the last Biz Tip it's important to pick one social media and master it then add another one.

E-MAIL...
This is a great way to create a following and provide information for your customers. It will allow you to have customers "opt in" your email system and avoid spamming your customers.  This is very important when building a email list you will be rated well on search engines if you have a good rep with consumers when emailing newsletters. There are so many programs to use; but I use Aweber for my email campaigns and newsletters.

These are just a few great ways to adapt to the new age business communications.

Please comment below if you have questions I'd be happy to skype or email anytime!

Always be aware of the new technology and keep your business up to speed!!!

Biz Tip of the Day: Pick a social media

So you own a business and now you're ready to get online... Don't get overwhelmed about all the different social media outlets... Pick ONE and master it then when you're ready add to the one outlet you picked. For example I love facebook so I started there and created a fan page (see video below to learn how to create a fan page) once I started to promote and add valuable content to my page for my fan I just grew from there. Then I learned about blogging and I love to blog I do it on a daily basis now.

The most important thing is to create a habit of mastering one social media outlet posting on a daily basis; I can not stress enough how important it is to create the habit of posting on a regular schedule... There are so many social media outlets: facebook, youtube, twitter, blogging and many others.

What is your social media outlet you're going to focus on for your business??

I lost 30 lbs! before & after photos

As a new mom and entrepreneur my crazy busy lifestyle made it hard to lose weight from having a child and I never thought I would be able to lose the 50+ lbs I gained when I had my daughter Gia. Well I was blessed to stumble across a company called "My Smart Healthy" they have prepacked all natural; gluten free; meals shipped straight to your door all you do is heat and eat!!! I started JUST eating the food and lost 7 lbs in the first few weeks. There is nothing special about this it's simply a change in lifestyle. I ate the portioned food and followed their meal plan of eating 5-6 small meals a day and the weight almost fell off! I am now working out and the weight is coming off faster and faster!! I want to lose another 20 lbs so stay tuned....
