Live Healthy: Daily Walk



You know when start working out and some days it's hard to get motivated? Well I use my daughter as my motivation to exercise daily not only because she really enjoys her ride in her car it's also very important for me to stay healthy so I can have the energy to chase her around. So health tip of the day find a work out buddy and find a reason why you have to work out! 

PS: A 10 min walk after a meal is just as good as a 30 min walk through out the day... 
Don't need to over do it when you start to work out. Good luck you can do it!
