Secret to losing weight

There are some VERY simple tips to losing weight....

  1. DRINK WATER: It's funny so many people are like ew I don't like water and so on. HELLO it's time to wake up and get over that. Drinking water not only helps you lose weight but it's great for your skin!
  2. Eat on a salad plate: I know it sounds crazy but this will help you portion out your food! Seriously you will not eat as much!
  3. Quit snacking and eating like a savage! Prepare your entire day the night before so you don't over eat: This will take a bit of your time and work but it will pay off I promise! Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, water (Snack meaning a piece of fruit or handful of nuts)
  4. Don't give up be consistent it's not easy losing weight if you are always up and down get a goal stick to it and just do it... Quit wasting your life away being unhappy with your body get it together and put in the work. Eating healthy and working out will save your life!!!
