Get your kid to love their veggies Tip #1





As a mom of a toddler I know first hand how challenging it can be to get your children to eat their veggies. Veggies can be plain, bland, and just plain gross to children. Creating healthy habits and being consistent will make it a much easier task to get your children to eat their veggies at meal time... Here is one very simple thing we as parents can do to get your kids interested in the "green stuff" on their plate.

Offer veggies with every meal or at least the meal you share with them such as dinner; I say the "meal you share with them" because if you're eating your veggies in front of them you're setting an example that it's not only good to eat your veggies but kids look up to their parents and most of the time do what their parents are doing....

So give it a try; offer your child some veggies EVERY time you eat dinner and be consistent I can't stress this enough just because they don't eat it doesn't mean they never will you HAVE to be consistent by offering some sort of "green stuff" EVERY time you share a meal with them!
